Welcome to Crypto Vurny. By using this application ("App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crypto Vurny app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.
2. No Financial Advice or Custody
Crypto Vurny is a tool for generating mnemonic seed phrases based on the BIP39 standard.
- We do not provide financial advice, manage wallets, or store your keys or phrases.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your generated seed phrases.
3. User Responsibility
You agree that:
- You understand the risks of using cryptocurrency wallets and seed phrases.
- You will not rely on this app for storage or recovery of your keys.
- You are fully responsible for backing up and securing any mnemonic phrases you generate.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, content, trademarks, and design of this App are the intellectual property of Mahdi Haji Hosseini, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
The method used and the idea for generating customizable BIP39-compliant mnemonic seed phrases including user-defined word selection and automated checksum resolution is the subject of a pending Canadian/US patent application filed in April 2025. Unauthorized use, replication, or commercial implementation of this method may constitute patent infringement.
5. License
Crypto Vurny is a paid application. By subscribing or purchasing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the following payment options:
- One-Time Purchase: $4.99 CAD (price may vary by region), this is a single payment no recurring charges. Once purchased, you unlock all app features permanently.
All purchases are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple's billing policies. Access to premium features requires an active subscription. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted unless required by law.
6. No Warranty
Crypto Vurny is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- That the App will be error-free or secure.
- That generated seed phrases will be safe if not handled properly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Vurny and its developer shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from:
- Use or misuse of generated seed phrases.
- Loss of access to wallets or funds.
- Any reliance on the app for storage, backup, or financial decision-making.
8. Privacy
Crypto Vurny does not collect or store user data or mnemonic phrases.
